Cloacina offers two optional packages that can be customized to assist Clients with site services and the installation of their Cloacina equipment:
Package I - Site Support: This package is for Clients that have already engaged an installation contractor or plan to have site staff install their Cloacina equipment, but would benefit from pre-construction support and installation oversight from a Cloacina Representative.
Package II - Site Installation: This package is for Clients that prefer Cloacina to provide the major installation and pre-commissioning services for the Cloacina-provided equipment.
Package I - SITE Support
A Cloacina representative will oversee the installation of your Cloacina supplied equipment by a third party. Typical services include:
PRE-CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
Design coordination with client and general contractor
Review of building and regulatory permits
Project Schedule review
Weekly design and client coordination meeting attendance
Site visits for pre-construction and site readiness inspections
Trucking and freight coordination with Client and General Contractor
Inventory, audit and receiving coordination with client and general contractor
INSTALLATION AND START-UP OVERSIGHT
Site visit(s) for installation supervision and pre-commissioning
Contractor support through factory start-up
Package II - Site Installation
Cloacina provided installation and pre-commissioning services for the Cloacina-provided equipment. Typical services include:
PRE-CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
Design coordination with client and general contractor
Building and Regulatory Permit review
Project Schedule review
Weekly design and client coordination meeting attendance
Site visits for pre-construction and site readiness inspections
FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT
Client and site coordination
Freight coordination
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING OF CLOACINA-SUPPLIED TANKS AND EQUIPMENT
Anchoring of tanks and equipment skids
Upfit and reassembly of the Cloacina-supplied equipment
Additional services available:
Above grade PVC pipe connections to Cloacina tank nozzle
Conduit connections to Cloacina local control panels
PRE-COMMISSIONING AND START-UP SERVICES
Complete pre-commissioning tasks in preparation for factory start-up procedures
Provide onsite assistance during the initial factory start-up period
Pricing for these optional packages are in addition to the Contract Price.
